Page Executive represents a global law firm seeking a bilingual immigration attorney based in Montreal. The role requires French fluency and U.S. and Canadian business immigration experience, with a hybrid work arrangement and two days in the office.

The successful candidate will assess eligibility for immigrant status, draft and review legal letters, and communicate with clients and foreign nationals on procedures and case strategy. A law degree (CAN or US) and bar admissions are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Two years of experience in US business immigration law and Canadian immigration law.
• Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal letters and documents, generally based on established precedents.

Responsibilities

• Assess the eligibility of foreign employees of companies for immigrant status in Canada.
• Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal letters and documents, generally based on established precedents.
• Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedures, case processing and case strategy.
