Job summary

Wellabe is seeking an HR intern for a 10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027, in British Columbia. You will join our HR team to work on screening, interviews, and projects across employee development and engagement.

The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to onboarding, ERGs, social events, and collaboration with leaders. Open to students pursuing HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting in phone screening candidates, resume review, and scheduling interviews
• Assisting in employee development program design, assessment, and facilitation
• Assisting in employee engagement efforts like onboarding, employee resource groups, and social events
