Job summary

Hexagon Mining, Inc. seeks a Field Services Technician for hybrid work at the Dowling office. You will install, calibrate, configure, test, and maintain automated machinery and computer systems across Hexagon products, on-site with clients worldwide.

The role requires frequent travel to sites underground or surface, in Canada and abroad, and collaboration with R&D for new technologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to meet mandatory site requirements.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics.
• Ability to work on short notice varied shift schedules and to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Installation, calibration, configuration, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of Hexagon products.
• Commissioning and repair of remote controls and Tele-operated equipment.
• Travel to various locations domestically and internationally.
• Support R&D with integration of new technologies and equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of equipment.
