Placements24 in Kimberley is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to launch a career in recruitment. You will be trained across the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to assisting with client engagements, contributing to the talent needs of businesses in the region.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification is required (e.g., Business, Marketing, Human Resources).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates across industries.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone and video calls.
• Maintain and update candidate records and the ATS.
• Support client engagements by scheduling interviews and gathering feedback.
• Learn and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
