Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) seeks an Enterprise Project Manager to plan and drive cross‑functional projects across the enterprise portfolio in Alberta. The role emphasizes project planning, execution, and delivery of measurable outcomes with a focus on process improvement.

In addition to project management, the position applies business analysis to clarify requirements and identify opportunities for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an enterprise environment.
• PMP certification or accredited equivalent.
• Business analyst certification (CCBA/ECBA) is an asset.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets considering resources and constraints.
• Coordinate project execution per the approved plan and timeline, monitoring progress and budget.
• Identify risks, issues, and changes to protect project outcomes.
• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and provide status updates.
