Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support daily online business activities in Kimberley. You will manage order processing, inventory, fulfillment logistics, and customer service across departments in a hybrid role.

The position requires strong organizational skills, experience in e-commerce operations or logistics, and the ability to collaborate with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from order to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes and systems.
• Generate reports on operational performance, sales, and inventory to identify areas for improvement.
