Job summary

Sovereign Insurance is seeking a Document Control Coordinator to produce and manage English and French document templates for the PAS project. The role involves testing, quality checks, and acting as the technical support for template inquiries and updates.

The position requires 3-5 years in an administrative capacity, strong data management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A hybrid work model (2 days in office) and English proficiency are essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Strong understanding of file/data management, archiving and document formatting and styles.
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Produce professionally formatted English and French document templates using design software.
• Plan and conduct unit testing on templates to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a database tracking system of all published and archived projects and communicate progress to the team.
• Provide technical support for templates, fix bugs, and keep templates up-to-date.
