Job summary

GM of Canada Company is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager for the Western Region to lead dealer onboarding of digital tools and optimize online customer experiences. This hybrid Calgary-based role requires coordinating with regional teams, district managers, and dealers to drive digital adoption and improve KPIs.

The position emphasizes analytics, reporting, and training to ensure successful implementation across multiple dealers, with regular travel and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales, marketing & technology experience across multi-discipline roles.
• District Manager/field experience interfacing with automotive dealers is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving positive change in sales, service, marketing or CX fields.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; proactive in sharing information.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail; comfortable with data and reporting.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver business briefings.

Responsibilities

• Champion onboarding processes for digital products and services from kickoff to post-launch support.
• Collaborate with Regional teams to initiate dealer interaction and define onboarding team members.
• Guide Dealer personnel through changes to products or vendors.
• Provide guidance to dealers to increase web traffic and improve sales conversion.
• Host quarterly dealer digital best practices training workshops.
• Communicate with VSM stakeholders, field & dealers; report on digital KPIs.
• Manage dealer support activities: intake, tracking, resolution or escalation.
• Interact with third-party support partners; stay updated with GM system trainings.
