Job summary

PeoplePilot in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an experienced CCM Developer with Quadient Inspire to design, develop and maintain customer communications templates onsite.

You will analyze complex requirements, build print, email and digital communications, perform testing, review code, and mentor junior developers while helping shape architecture and standards. Strong data-mapping and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Quadient Inspire development.
• Hands-on with Quadient Inspire version 11 or newer.
• Strong CCM and document composition expertise.
• Experience with data mapping using XML, JSON, CSV, and related formats.
• Solid understanding of the document development lifecycle.
• Experience with unit/integration testing and code reviews.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience with Quadient Admin functions.
• Knowledge of OpenText Exstream or other CCM/document composition platforms.
• Experience with application deployment and performance tuning.
