Job summary

SE Health in Canada is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee end-to-end migration of operational, clinical, financial, scheduling, payroll, and customer data to AlayaCare as part of the RCH transformation program.

The role requires leading migration strategy, governance, data quality, and stakeholder coordination across business and technical teams to ensure readiness and continuity across waves and production cutover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering large-scale data migration programs.
• 5+ years as Migration Lead, Data Conversion Lead, or Migration Project Manager in enterprise SaaS or healthcare.
• Experience migrating data between complex operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality management, data mapping and transformation, reconciliation, cutover planning.
• Experience managing vendor and implementation partner relationships.
• Exceptional internal stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall migration strategy, roadmap, and execution plan in collaboration with the RCH senior project manager.
• Lead data discovery activities and assess source data quality for migration readiness.
• Establish data quality standards and migration controls; coordinate validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate development of migration extracts, transformation logic, loading processes, and tooling.
• Manage multiple migration cycles including mock conversions, test migrations, dress rehearsals, and production migrations.
• Engage business stakeholders, prepare governance materials and executive status updates.
