Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst in Mississauga to collect and analyze data from diverse sources. You will develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, and ensure data quality across platforms.

You will apply strong SQL and Excel skills, apply statistical techniques, and communicate findings clearly to drive business decisions and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor and improve existing data processes for efficiency and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and reports.
