People Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst in Toronto to support security initiatives across technology, processes, and services. You will monitor threats, conduct assessments, and help implement policies to protect sensitive information.

The role emphasizes incident response, collaboration with IT and stakeholders, and reporting using Power BI. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with security tools (SIEM/EDR) and incident response preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security access, alerts and system activity to identify threats and respond to incidents.
• Conduct security assessments, audits and vulnerability reviews to validate controls.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, containment and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security controls into infrastructure and processes.
• Create security platform reports and dashboards using Power BI.
