Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Civil Project Manager/Project Engineer for our Vaughan office. You will lead subdivision and site plan projects, coordinate design and approvals, and manage client relations to deliver integrated, high-quality engineering solutions.

With a strong focus on mentoring junior staff, you will utilize Civil 3D and related tools to drive efficient designs while balancing budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements. Hybrid work options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario is required/registered.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge and site plan design experience.
• Experience with stormwater management practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for subdivision and select site plans within the GTA.
• Coordinate scheduling and QA of activities for staff and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage client communication, budgets, invoicing, and coordination with approval agencies.
• Collaborate with Contract Administration to protect client interests during construction.
• Support post-construction activities including lien releases and approvals.
• Oversee financial tasks: invoicing, AR, and backlog analysis.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and guide skill development.
