Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, and process optimization in a complex environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process-management tools.
• Knowledge of financial services, Capital Markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating operational activities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests related to opening, modification, and closure of profit centers, portfolios, and accounts supporting Capital Markets activities.
• Administer Activity Approval Forms and ensure data accuracy across corporate systems.
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and operational groups to implement requests efficiently within timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives with ongoing communication to stakeholders.
• Maintain required documentation, approvals, and control evidence per governance standards.
• Contribute to operational impact assessments, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing support for partners and end users.
