Job summary

You will analyze production issues, coordinate fixes, and develop documentation and training for end users in a collaborative Agile setting. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience including business analysis and enterprise-level applications.
- Experience in a large, complex, technically focused environment or equivalent mix of education/certification.
- Ability to lead academic systems development and data services with policy awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and resolution of production issues.
- Coordinate system fixes and enhancements.
- Develop operational and knowledge base documentation and user training.
- Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
