Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada seeks an Analyst, Business Intelligence to enable data-driven decision-making across Operations. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights and support reporting and analytics solutions that improve operations.

You will help grow Allstate’s direct sales channel by delivering accurate data, dashboards, and metrics, partnering with stakeholders to meet business needs in a hybrid work model in Markham, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Must-have expertise in Microsoft Fabric ETL Pipelines, SQL, Power BI visualization, Excel, Microsoft 365, and marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, python and power automate.
• Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and growth.
• Aggregate, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve data issues, system discrepancies, and reporting challenges.
• Uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to support business improvements.
• Contribute to the development of metrics and ensure alignment across BI solutions.
• Support application and reporting projects as a data subject matter expert
