Job summary

Neuro Wellness Spa in Canada is seeking a dedicated therapist to join our patient-centered behavioral health team, providing individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning for a caseload of 25+ clients.

The role requires strong clinical skills, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to ongoing professional development in line with our standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions and complete documentation, under supervision to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Complete same-day clinical documentation and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, TMS techs and others for comprehensive care.
• Assist with training new therapists and site staff.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices.
• Support marketing through community outreach and content contributions.
