Job summary

EBARA HG is seeking a motivated Applications Engineer to join our Aurora team. You will provide technical and commercial support for our standard pump product line, review customer specifications, size equipment, prepare quotations, and support customers throughout the sales process.

You will also work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Field Service to develop effective pumping solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, technical sales, or a related role.
• Experience with pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial process equipment is a strong asset.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and recommend pump solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, technical submittals, and pricing.
• Create and maintain AutoCAD and 3D CAD drawings for submittals and documentation.
• Develop test procedures and assist in test stand design for standard pump products.
• Enter customer orders and maintain CRM data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Support the Canadian distribution network with technical and commercial assistance.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Field Service to identify equipment and service opportunities.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Customer Service to support objectives.
