Job summary

Northbridge Financial is seeking an AI & Cloud Governance Lead to ensure safe, compliant use of AI and cloud platforms while enabling innovation. You will design and maintain governance frameworks, policies and risk assessments across the enterprise, partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security and Tech teams.

The role requires 10+ years in tech, strong AI and cloud knowledge, and the ability to embed governance into SDLC/MLOps. A hybrid work model and competitive total rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise AI governance framework including model lifecycle and risk assessment.
• Develop AI-specific policies, standards and guidelines focusing on transparency and risk classification.
• Engage across Legal, Privacy, Security, Architecture, Data Science, Engineering, Product and Business Owners.
• Embed governance checkpoints into SDLC/MLOps processes and manage cloud governance standards.
• Monitor evolving AI regulations and ensure alignment with legal and contractual obligations.
• Support audit readiness for AI governance with evidence and documentation.
