Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to deliver I&T business analysis services and to work with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and document requirements.

The role is hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote, with changes to onsite days commencing Oct 20, 2025 (4 days onsite) and Jan 5, 2026 (5 days onsite). Qualifications

• Experience with Agile project methodology using Jira and/or DevOps.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear user stories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to determine client needs.
• Experience collaborating with business users, IT teams and external vendors.
• Experience on cybersecurity projects within large organizations.
