Job summary

Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to deliver I&T business analysis services and to work with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and document requirements.

The role is hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote, with changes to onsite days commencing Oct 20, 2025 (4 days onsite) and Jan 5, 2026 (5 days onsite). RQ09735 - Sr. Business Analyst

Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote

- From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home

- From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully

Contract 6 months, until march possible extension

Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)

Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.

Must Haves:

• Experience with Agile project methodology leveraging Jira and/or DevOps
• Experience transposing requirements into coherent user stories
• Strong communications, consultations and interpersonal skills to determine client needs
• Experience working with the business users, IT development teams and external vendors
• Strong business relationship skills as cross-functional collaboration is highly desired.
• Experience related to cybersecurity projects within large organizations.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with Public / OPS organizations.
