Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement engineering best practices and standardization across teams.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives (tools, workflows, governance).
• Support implementation of Lean principles.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous feedback loops to enhance future deliverables.
• Improve data quality, reporting, and traceability of engineering deliverables.
• Encourage innovation and digitalization (automation, dashboards, tools).
• Manage interfaces between components and systems.
• Ensure consistency across design solutions and integration constraints.
• Define and track engineering milestones and deliverables schedule.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Time Right (FTR).
• Interface with engineering teams, suppliers and offshore teams.
• Coordinate resolution of technical issues and dependencies.
• Lead and participate in design reviews and validation activities.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with requirements.
