Job summary

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is seeking an Accounting Services Coordinator to support AP, payments, cash receipts, and related financial transactions within the Finance & Accounting team. The role reports to the Supervisor, Accounting Services and emphasizes internal controls, accuracy, and excellent client service.

The position requires a Community College diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus 1–2 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business/Accounting with 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with payment processing and internal controls is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and payment requisitions.
• Initiate payments via cheques, wire, EFTs, Interac, and corporate cards.
• Maintain banking activities and daily cash receipts; respond to inquiries.
