Smart Circle International is hiring an Account/Campaign Coordinator to support the Campaign Manager across client accounts. You will manage communications, onboarding/offboarding, KPI tracking, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires Salesforce/Tableau experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy. Hybrid work schedule with initial in-office training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau or similar dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients and manage communications.
• Provide daily account support including onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Track program metrics, KPIs, and expansion opportunities with internal teams.
• Collaborate to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain account documentation in the project tool.
• Support additional projects to meet team goals.
