Job summary

Maya HTT, a leading digital engineering solutions developer and Siemens partner, seeks an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Montreal. You will drive ABM programs, partner with Sales, and lead AI-powered personalization to accelerate deals and revenue.

This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership across North America and Europe. You will develop and execute integrated programs across accounts, create personalized content, and leverage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong ABM, growth marketing, demand generation or revenue marketing.
Proven experience partnering with enterprise Sales on strategic account planning, sales plays, pipeline acceleration and account expansion.
Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, buying committees, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools for account research, content creation, personalization, and marketing automation.
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills in French and English; able to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers across regions.
Experience in engineering software, industrial technology, manufacturing, or complex B2B tech markets is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Lead highly personalized 1:1 and 1 ABM initiatives targeting strategic prospects, key accounts, and existing customers.
Partner with Sales on strategic account planning and whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop integrated programs to drive acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion across Maya HTT's products and services.
Build targeted campaigns engaging buying committees and addressing account-specific challenges and outcomes.
Collaborate on lead prioritization, nurturing, and sales handoffs to accelerate conversions and pipeline progression.
Monitor engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact to optimize programs.
