What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated, and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians responsible for onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.

• A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC service or installation experience, including furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters, including tankless heaters.
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal).
• Valid Gas Fitter Two License (Asset).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Clear criminal record.
• Strong technical, customer service skills, and a track record of meeting company metrics.
• Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments.
• Comfortable working from heights and using ladders.
• Accountable, responsible, with a positive, can-do attitude and high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team, completing HVAC installation and commissioning.

What will you do:

Our Technicians are expected to master their trade and provide a premium customer experience, advising on suitable services or treatments.

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds standards and codes.
• Follow all Energy Star installation and service procedures.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Conduct HVAC equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle.
• Explain benefits of newer, efficient equipment.
• Promote our products and services ethically.
• Never sell unnecessary repairs.
• Provide a five-star customer experience or resolve issues before leaving.
• Request online reviews from satisfied customers.
• Contribute to health and safety standards.
