Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is located on the serene island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. It is a family-owned and managed beach resort nestled in a beautiful sandy bay along the Caribbean Sea. Known for our all-inclusive packages, friendly hospitality, exciting experiences, and guest amenities, Bolongo Bay offers a unique Virgin Islands experience. Our lively, personable atmosphere provides a guest and employee experience that distinguishes us from larger resorts. Currently, we are the only all-inclusive resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The HVAC Technician will install, repair, and maintain the Resort's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Certification is required or must be obtained. The technician will perform general facility maintenance with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include handling service requests and repairs as directed.

Employees must meet physical requirements, including climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, and hearing. The position involves medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity is required for operating vehicles and equipment. The work environment includes indoor and outdoor conditions, with accommodations provided as needed under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
