Job description

Our clientspecializes in commercial, residential and custom-built properties to provide flawless heating and cooling systems. Their services include repair, installation, maintenance of snowmelt, in-floor heating, radiant heating, geo-thermal systems, traditional HVAC systems, and more.

FULL TIME 40+ HOURS, ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE, LOCATION VARIES, WAGE NEGOTIABLE

What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about company and its customers.
• Professionally service HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance.
• You will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements

• Must have a Gas Technician II license.
• Received certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
• Must have valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
• Must have a Class G Driver’s License.
• 3 – 5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment, would be an asset
• Be willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
  (i.e. occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery)
• Must have strong time-management, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform.
