What You’ll Do

  • Understand People, Not Just Products: Get to know each homeowner’s needs and offer tailored HVAC solutions—explaining the “why” behind every recommendation.
  • Generate and Nurture Leads: Find new opportunities through canvassing and referrals, and build long-term relationships that keep customers coming back.
  • Deliver a Polished Experience: From the first hello to post-install follow-up, you’ll guide each client with professionalism, clarity, and care.
  • Work Hand-in-Hand with Our Team: Coordinate with installers, dispatch, and support staff to keep things moving smoothly—because a seamless process reflects well on all of us.
  • Handle Concerns with Confidence: If something goes off-track, you’ll help make it right. We’re not just in the HVAC business—we’re in the trust business.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of residential sales experience (HVAC preferred)
  • Strong product knowledge—or a fast learner with curiosity
  • Confidence in home visits and customer-facing roles
  • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
  • CRM proficiency for tracking leads and staying organized
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility for evening/weekend appointments when needed

The Details

  • Location: On-the-road across the GTA, hybrid flexibility
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus some evenings/weekends
  • Compensation: Base + commission + performance bonuses
  • Company Car: Provided after 12 months
  • Benefits: Dental, vision, profit-sharing, vehicle compensation
