HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical contractor in the Bay Area! Come work for a company with many years of proven excellence, great compensation, and benefits that include ESOP, showing no signs of slowing down!

Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

Project Executive

Skills :

• Team Management
• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters.
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions.
• Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and analyze progress on prospective unsecured projects.
• Represent the company at meetings with project clients and stakeholders as required.
• Mentor staff in all phases of the design process and make training recommendations to HR.
• Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience
• Sales and estimating experience
• Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Able to promptly resolve team management issues
