North American Trade Schools is seeking an HVAC instructor to join our team. The role requires modeling professional behavior in classroom and lab while guiding students through a prescribed curriculum aligned with our core values.
The instructor will deliver lectures both virtually and in person, use CRM and LMS tools, record grades, provide student support outside class hours, and participate in orientations, faculty meetings, and industry updates to maintain current certifications.

The idealcandidate will have 5+yers of experience in the trade along with the relevantcertifications (G2 minimum). The instructor is ultimately responsible for modeling thebehavior in both the classroom and the lab that will allow each student tofulfill their academic potential. Instructors must combine their real worldknowledge and experience with a prescribed curriculum in line with theinstitutions core values.
All instructors are required to provide two letters ofreference from individuals of no relation verifying the work/teachingexperience in the discipline of which you are applying.
Must be proficient with computers and administration systems,specifically Microsoft Office. Experience with Learning Management Systems is anasset. Adult education training and experience with Private Career Colleges ispreferred however not essential. We are looking for individuals that have relevantexperience and which to transfer that knowledge to others.
