Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an Outside Sales Advisor in Ontario, Canada. You will engage homeowners, present home comfort solutions, and build lasting client relationships with a commission-based earning model.

You will talk directly to decision makers, manage the sales cycle from needs assessment to closing, and enjoy uncapped earning potential along with training and growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations.
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base.
