Job summary

Price Industries Limited is seeking a Mechanical Outside Salesperson to promote HVAC equipment and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and owners. You will identify opportunities, perform take-offs, prepare quotations, and negotiate orders while staying current with industry codes and product developments.

This role requires travel to sites and factory visits, with involvement in ASHRAE meetings and industry events to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling HVAC equipment; 5+ years preferred.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or business preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Positive attitude and ethical professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to grow sales and market share.
• Promote the sale of mechanical equipment including AHUs, MUA units, RTUs, DOAS, heat pumps, chillers, and VRF.
• Identify opportunities, prepare take-offs, quotations, tenders, and submittals; negotiate sales.
• Attend manufacturer trainings, stay up to date on products and software tools; travel involved.
• Visit job sites, accompany customers on factory visits, and participate in ASHRAE meetings and trade shows.
• Work with a team with a Customer First approach and support contractor communities.
