Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree or HVAC certificate preferred.
• 0–2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current first aid/CPR card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal apprenticeship training programs and complete required technical education.
• Learn operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Support maintenance teams in repairs and facility maintenance activities.
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and service records.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
