1. Managing and performing installations to maintain high quality standards.
2. Troubleshooting unit problems efficiently.
3. Tracking parts and labor for accurate invoicing.
4. Responding flexibly to call-outs and schedule changes.
5. Ensuring proper documentation follow-through.
6. Representing the company professionally on-site and fostering customer relationships for future sales and upgrades.
7. Continuing education in product lines, system design, and programming.
8. Performing various tasks as needed, demonstrating ownership of your role.

This is a full-time, permanent position with hours from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, with incentives and opportunities for additional earnings. Qualifications include:

• Residential air conditioning license 313A or D
• ODP card
• Experience as an install technician in residential HVAC
