Gandy Installations in Langley, BC is hiring HVAC Journeyman Installer/Technician to install and service residential systems, delivering the 5-star customer experience.

You will diagnose, present options, maintain tools and vehicle, and continue growing with a team that values integrity and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in HVAC.
  • Journeyman certification in gas fitting or refrigeration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Neat appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to follow all safety protocols.
  • Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC systems to high standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and present options and pricing.
  • Treat every home with quality, cleanliness, and care.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and respond to concerns with integrity.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
  • Stay flexible and open to new duties and growth.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Installations or service team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the 5-star experience Gandy is known for:

  • Professionally install residential HVAC systems to the highest standards OR
  • Professionally diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and present options, service agreements and pricing to customers in a polite and respectful manner
  • Treat every home like your own—quality, cleanliness, and care matter
  • Communicate clearly with customers and respond to concerns with integrity
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and your company vehicle in top condition
  • Stay flexible, take on new duties, and continuously learn and grow
