Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking skilled HVAC technicians to install, diagnose, and start-up HVAC systems across customer sites. You will analyze project requirements, interpret drawings, and coordinate with other trades to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience, with technical training preferred. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years in Commercial HVAC installation preferred.
• Technical school or formal training in HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose, repair, and start-up HVAC systems.
• Plan, analyze and timely complete assigned projects and activities.
• Use hand tools and interpret drawings to mount, hang, fit, and install equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal contracting processes.
• Perform site surveys, replacements, modifications and start-up as needed.
• Coordinate with other trades on-site and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and document parts, materials, labor, and costs.
• Provide training at customer sites and follow-up as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers on assigned projects.
• Represent the company as the direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction.
