Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or HVAC is preferred.
• Must have licensing/certifications as required by local laws for the area.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with mechanical tasks and able to operate tools.
• Able to perform minor fabrication and use power tools.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Background check per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment and accessories under supervision.
• Provide installation support to Installers or Lead Installer.
• Load and unload HVAC materials from the vehicle.
• Organize parts and stock.
