• 10 plus years of Industry Experience or Technical Engineering or Construction degree graduate.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support EqNA sales during project estimates and determine service requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments for equipment service and warranty.
• Conduct weekly service turnover meetings to manage service scopes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer warranty requests.
• Monitor Long-Term Storage requirements and coordinate accordingly.
