Qualifikationen

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and written & verbal communication abilities.
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50 lbs.

• Provide direct sales service and product information to customers in person or by phone/email.
• Process sales, including entering orders, inventory checks, and coordinating delivery.
• Upsell products where appropriate to maximize sales and profitability.
• Support related profit centre duties as needed.
