Noble Kanata HVAC Profit Centre is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to provide direct sales service, share product information, and ensure customer needs are met. This role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will process orders, manage delivery scheduling, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to maximizing sales and gross profit while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Qualifikationen

How you Contribute to Noble's Success

• Provide direct sales service and product line information to our customers (in person, or by telephone/e-mail), and ensure customer’s needs are satisfied
• Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders.
• Evaluate customer’s needs and upsell product where appropriate to maximize sales
• Other related profit centre duties to support business needs

Must Haves and Nice to Haves

You Must Have:

• Minimum two (2) years’ customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs

The target annual salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000.
