Job summary

Johnson Controls Canada is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician to perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration tools, troubleshoot basic HVAC controls, and respond to warranty calls, delivering high-quality service to improve building performance.

You will load controller software, run diagnostics, document changes, and communicate with customers on-site while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2+ years of HVAC servicing experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and facilities management systems.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Loads system-level controller software and performs basic commissioning.
• Diagnoses and resolves HVAC control issues on site and responds to warranty calls.
• Documents progress, communicates with customers, and ensures on-site safety and site documentation.
