Hammer's Heating & Cooling in Pitt Meadows, BC, seeks an experienced HVAC Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor to help homeowners select heating and cooling solutions that fit their homes and budgets. This consultative role relies on trusted guidance rather than high-pressure tactics, with company-provided leads and growth opportunities.

You will travel across the Fraser Valley, build relationships with builders and real estate professionals, and pursue referrals, while meeting sales and revenue

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, service, installation, or a related HVAC role.
• Previous HVAC industry experience is required.
• HVAC sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment and comfort solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare estimates, present options, and close sales.
• Consultative sales approach with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Fraser Valley service area.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs.
• Conduct in-home consultations and gather information to recommend equipment.
• Present Good, Better, and Best system options.
• Explain equipment features, warranties, rebates, financing options, and benefits.
• Build customer confidence through honest, knowledgeable recommendations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
• Convert leads into profitable sales and develop new business via referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop relationships with builders, property managers, and other industry partners.
• Represent Hammer's at home shows and community events; occasional evenings/weekends.
• Maintain lead, customer, proposal, and sales records in Jobber.
• Communicate sold-project details to office and installation teams.
