Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with boiler specialization to join our growing team. You will ensure safety standards and code compliance while educating customers on options and maintenance.

The role requires valid trade licenses, a clean driving record, and a strong customer-service focus. Expect a collaborative, safety‑minded work culture with opportunities for growth and company-provided vehicle for fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience specializing in boilers.
• Valid Gas Fitter Two License.
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Clear criminal record.
• Demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills with proven metrics.
• Effective HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments experience.
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
• Accountable and responsible with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and complete installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets Technical Standards & Safety Authority codes and municipal building codes.
• Follow Energy Star installation processes.
• Educate customers on maintenance and HVAC options.
• Complete general and specific HVAC inspections.
• Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle.
• Promote products and services on every call.
• Provide a five-star experience on every call and resolve issues before leaving the customer’s home.
• Request online reviews from customers.
• Contribute to health and safety standards.
