Our fantastic client is looking to bring on a semi-skilled labourer to support with installing ventilation systems renovating residential units and assisting tradesmen where needed.

Job Type: Temporary

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC equipment and plumbing, experience working in a construction environment, mechanical aptitude, experience working with hand tools and a willingness to learn. The site is located in a densely populated residential area, so the candidate will need to be friendly, personable and have a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

• Assisting with installing HVAC systems
• Carrying tools and materials to other tradesmen
• Assisting with renovating basements and disposing of debris in a safe manner
• Ensuring the site is kept tidy and free of hazards
• Any additional tasks as required

• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle are a huge asset

Base Salary:$21.00 per hour

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
