Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort, a leading home services provider in Canada, is seeking an HVAC Apprentice Technician to join our residential service team. You will learn to professionally service HVAC equipment, contribute to inspections, and support customers with high-efficiency solutions.

We value a growth mindset, dependable attitude, and the ability to progress through apprenticeship levels. A valid G driver’s license is required, and OCOT acceptance is essential for ongoing licensing and tuition

Qualifications

• Must have Gas Technician G2 license and 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Must be accepted by OCOT and keep up fees and licenses.
• Must be able to generate HVAC leads and CPP enrollments.
• Must communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Service HVAC equipment and accessories for residential customers.
• Perform inspections of appliances for residential users.
• Explain benefits of high-efficiency equipment to customers.
• Maintain company vehicle in neat, safe condition.
• Promote Reliance Home Comfort products on every call.
