Job summary

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a dynamic HVAC Apprentice with a GT2 license to join our team in the Brampton area, delivering exceptional HVAC service to our customers.

You will work on-call and in ICI environments, leveraging mechanical and electrical skills, strong communication, and computer aptitude to support maintenance and installations. We offer comprehensive benefits, RRSP match, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GT2 Gas Technician license required or higher and ODP certification.
• Related pre-apprenticeship training preferred.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments an asset.
• Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy.
• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check.
• Ability to work on-call shifts is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical and electrical skills.
• Computer aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC service work to customers in the Brampton area.
