TAQA North is seeking a Human Resources Summer Student to support recruitment, onboarding and employee development from our Calgary office. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help with job postings, resume screening, onboarding updates, and resources for employees and leaders.
This four-month term runs May–August 2027, with full-time hours, and requires current enrollment in an HR-related program, eligibility to work in Canada, and a successful background check.

We are searching for a Human Resources Summer Student to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will support a variety of HR programs with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations through recruitment support, onboarding enhancements, employee resources, training coordination, and leadership development initiatives. You will also help maintain organized file structures, document HR processes, and contribute to a variety of special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a summer student position based out of Calgary, working from our office 5 days per week. This position is full-time from May to August 2027.
