Job summary

LumiQ is seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team in Toronto. This role will support the employee experience, work on people programs and day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.

This flexible hybrid role requires commuting to the downtown Toronto office twice a week for training and collaboration; the base salary is CAD 75,000–85,000, with factors including location and experience.

We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play an important role in supporting the employee experience, working on people programs and processes, and a variety of day-to-day HR Operations.

You’ll be involved across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement initiatives, HR programs, office management, company events, and off-boarding. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly detail-oriented, and wants to build a broad foundation in HR while working in a fast-paced, growing environment.

The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $75,000 - $85,000. Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.

Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase.
