LumiQ is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to bridge strategy and execution. You will design and build systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for GTM teams to move with speed and precision.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in GTM engineering, Marketing Operations, or Data roles within a SaaS setting, with Python, SQL, APIs, and CRM know-how. Hybrid role based in Toronto with in-office twice weekly.

In order to support our continued growth, we are looking for a hard working GTM Engineer that combines technical abilities with commercial instincts. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by designing, building, and operationalizing the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that let Go To Market teams move with speed and precision. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning a problem end-to-end.

Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase.
